Yeah, the feeling is really undiscripable. I'm really looking forward to my Normandy-trip next week. I found some nice routes to follow and visit nice places.

The Ardennes-trip was very nice too. Went to the Bastogne memorial and museum. Also Place General McAuliffe in Bastogne, where a great war souvenir shop is located with the greatest original WW-stuff. But very expensive too :(
Another great visit was Baugnez 44, where a whole bunch of (prisoned) Allied soldiers were shot by the Peiper-regiment. Pretty horrible story.

So Danish people, where do you guys go on holiday?

Allready been to Crete in a week in the middle of june. Really nice place, I'm thinking of going there again next sommer.

In august my girlfriends family will come to Copenhagen on a weeks visit. (It's cheaper than if we go to Lithuania)

The last week of my holiday will be spend on the beach and/or the harbourfront in Copenhagen. Either at Islands Brygge, or down in my "backyard" at Teglholmen (Not so many people are swimming there, so it's a nice quit place :-))

Nince one!  When it comes to Dutch people, I have some very found memories from a guy named Reinold "madb" Slagter. I have had quite a few beers with him during a periode of 3-4 years, when we toured the world together as pros In generel Dutch people aren't all that diff. from Danes, if you ask me

I personally like the Dutch in general. Great sense of humour and rather similar to the Danes.

We also drove by the stadion and I started following the team. That's how :-)

I met a sympathic Dutch fella in France this week. He promptly offered me to help put on my tent as I arrived there all alone. And he and his girlfriend invited me for a drink with them in the evening as I was sitting all alone :D
