what's the situation about incoming and outgoing transfers?

the quick answer must bee that its going to bee a very calm market. I think/hope that OB would get 2-3 new players, but OB does not have munch money right now. Utaka and Roy could easely be sold,so OB can buy new players.. But you never know!

I think the best would bee if OB sold Roy Carrol , he is very unstabel and i hope OB can get some big mooney, but i doubt. I really dont know. We are looking for some new offensive players, the defense is ok. Peter Utaka has been the only striker who could score, i really hope he stays. But i am not sad if he leaves, i guess he is would be about 4 Euros worth, and OB could use the mooney.

yes, a " little " mistake

 I have seen some videos from when he played i Antwerp, he has the golden nose!! :P 

 Maybe, there is Jesper Christiansen from Fck. He have been injured, Johan Wiland took his place and. So he want to get some macthes and he is stil a very good keeper. Very stabil. He started at OB, so i think its realistic.

In addition:

Thomas Helveg (No further introduction needed?) is out of contract this summer. Seems in doubt whether to sign a new (short) contract or end his career. If it ends this summer, we will have get a new player in.

Our central defence is aging, but seems ok for now. Jonas Troest is out of contract this summer as well - if he leaves, we will have to get a new 3rd central defender of some kind.

Left defence seems ok - Chris Sørensen is quite settled in this position, escpecially with Timmi Johansen having been injured for almost 1½ year, but al reports indicates that Timmi is the future left defender, and the upcomming season may show a starting shift from Chris Sørensen more or less having ownership of the left spot, and Timmi starting to get a few matches during the season, enabeling him to take over once Chris isn't up for the task anymore.

Concerning midfielders, we have Johan Absalonsen who will be out of contract come New Year. Depending whther he signs a news contract, we will have to bring in a new left midfielder, as we currently only got youngster Oliver Feldballe to replace him. Djemba-Djemba seems less likely to leave the club this summer, as he has been suffering from an injury all spring. We still lack a real "#10", but we will probably have to make due with Esben Hansen, Hans Henrik Andreasen, Caca and Henrik Hansen covering the central midfield with Djemba-Djemba as the leading man. Right wing leaves us with islandic Rurik Gislason, who started out just great last summer, but seemed to drop a bit as the season progressed. Having adjusted to the city, club and league, I expect him to highten his level of performance the upcomming season.

Up top we got Utaka and Demba-Nyrén - league topscorer and league topfailure. Utaka seems "impossible to replace" and Nyrén seems "impossible not to replace", but only time will tell. We just let youngster Anders Jakobsen go, so I guess we need to bring in a new attacker after all, although it might be a replacement for Anders Jakobsen or a more highprofile attacker who will push Demba-Nyrén to the bench.

When it comes to keepers, I think Carroll will stay at Odense and keep norwegian keeper Alexander Lund Hansen benched. Carroll ned 6-12 more months to convince Premier League teams that he is back on track.

I really hope I can make it for a game next season. Maybe Club Brugge and Odense meet in Europa League :-) Although I hope that's in the group stage, or else one of them gets kicked out for sure.

And as Chuck writes, if Troest does not renew his contract, we will need a new center defender. Young player (att. mid., or striker) Rasmus Falk, who got his debut in the last game of the season against AGF, will be moved up to the first team. He's apparently quite talented, but whether or not that will be enough to actually get playing time regulary in the first team stands to be seen.

A backup on right back or right wing is also neccesary, even if Helveg stays. Ruud gets alot of playing time on the right wing, as Gislason will probably be used as a substitute striker or attacking mid., when he is not playing the wing. That was at least the picture in the last couple of games before the end of the season.

I hope we sell Absalonsen (who has peaked), Demba-Nyrén (who is rubbish), Henrik Hansen (who has never really fullfilled his potential) and Hans Henrik Andreasen (who is not quite good enough for the attacking mid.)

Demba-Nyrén is frustrating, because he's usually rubbish, but when he's good, he's really good. But we only see it in two or three games per season. I'm afraid that if we keep him on the team, it will just be more of the same next season. Maybe he felt the transfer window getting close, and felt he had to be good in a couple of matches, so he could keep his job.

And we OB-fans usually refer to the stadium as "Odense Stadion" (Odense Stadium), Fionia Park was also a sponsor name (after Fionia Bank), but at least "Fionia" means "Fyn" in latin, so there was some connection to the island.

I know the feeling of having such players, I guess it's everywhere you see that. Let's hope for the best and keep me informed if there is some movement in the squad, as my level of Danish knowledge is only 0,0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 % (ol )
